After we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Eligible returns will be refunded within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

Items not eligible for return include perishable goods, personal care items, and products explicitly marked as “Final Sale.”
